ANA SON A MOTSA JIKI AKALLA NA MINTI 70 – Bincike

Ma’aikatar kiwon Lafiya ta duniya (WHO) ta kira ga mutanen kasar nan da su rika motsa jiki a koda da yaushe, cewa rashin hakan na sa a kamu da cututtuka.

Ma’aikatar ta yi wannan kira ne bisa ga sakamakon binciken da kungiyar kiwon lafiya ta duniya (WHO) ta yi da ya nuna cewa sama da matasa biliyan 1.4 a fadin duniya na gab da fadawa hadarin kumuwa da cututtuka masu tsanani a dalilin rashin motsa jiki da basu yi.

Binciken ya nuna cewa mutane da dama na kamuwa da cututtuka kamar ciwon Siga, Sankara, shanyewan bangaren jiki duk a dalilin rashin motsa jiki akai-akai.

Jami’ar WHO Regina Guthold ta ce kamata ya yi mutum ya sami mintina 75 zuwa 150 a kullum rana yana motsa jikin sa
Haka zalika motsa jiki yakan rage yaduwar kananan cuttutuka da suke addabar al’ummar kasar nan.

Suma Mata masu ciki motsa jiki akalla na minti 30 yana saukaka musu radadin nakuda da saukin haihuwa, tare da inganta lafiyar jariri.

Sai da matsalar da ake fuskanta a wannan  yankin namu na arewa mata basu fiya damuwa da motsa jikin su ba, kasancewar ya saba da al’ada aga mace tana tafiya da sunan motsa jiki, sai dai muna kira da matan da su dinga motsa jiki ne da a cikin gidansu ne, ba tare da wani yasan halin da kike ciki ba.

Suma wasu mazan da suna kunyar su fito suna motsa jiki, gaskiya wannan ba dai dai bane musamman masu fama da ciwon Suga, (diabetes) kenan suma dole idan suna so su inganta lafiyarsu sai sun dinga motsa jiki.
